1. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a form, requesting services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Deposit and Refund Policy, and any signed or accepted project agreement.

2. Services and project agreements

Website descriptions and starting prices are general information, not guaranteed offers for every project. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, revision limits, price, and payment terms are established through a written quote, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through approved payment providers such as PayPal. Deposits, cancellations, refunds, remaining balances, revisions, and client delays are governed by the Deposit and Refund Policy and the applicable project agreement.

4. Client-provided materials

Clients must have the right to use all names, logos, images, text, account access, trademarks, and other materials they provide. Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, licensing, and approval of their materials and business claims.

5. Intellectual property

Ka$h Lux Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, systems, concepts, and unused drafts. Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will be stated in the project agreement and may transfer only after all required payments are received. Third-party software, fonts, images, platforms, and services remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, impersonate others, or use Ka$h Lux Studio services for illegal, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.

7. Third-party services

Projects may use services such as GitHub Pages, PayPal, FormSubmit, Outlook, or other client-approved platforms. Ka$h Lux Studio does not control third-party availability, pricing, policies, account decisions, outages, security, or future changes.

8. No guaranteed business results

Ka$h Lux Studio provides creative and technical services but does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, traffic, rankings, leads, approval decisions, platform performance, or other business outcomes.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ka$h Lux Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, third-party services, or client-supplied materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes, termination, and contact
