Refund Policy.
Clear expectations protect your project, your timeline, and both parties.

1. Starter website deposit
The $99 Starter Website Deposit reserves project availability and is applied toward the final approved project price. Paying the deposit does not replace the consultation, project scope, or written agreement.
2. When work begins
Work begins after Ka$h Lux Studio confirms the project scope and receives the information, content, images, access, and approvals needed to start.
3. Cancellation and refunds
A client may request cancellation before work begins. If approved before work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees. Once research, planning, design, setup, writing, development, or other project work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
4. Remaining balance
The remaining project balance and payment schedule will be stated in the approved project agreement. Final files, administrative access, transfer, or publication may be withheld until the required balance is paid.
5. Revisions and added work
Included revisions will be defined in the project agreement. Requests outside the approved scope, extra revisions, new pages, new features, or major direction changes may require additional payment and additional time.
6. Client responsibilities and delays
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, feedback, approvals, and access by the agreed deadlines. Delays in receiving these items may move the delivery date. If the client stops responding for 14 consecutive days, the project may be paused. Restarting a paused project may require a new timeline or restart fee.
7. Payment disputes
Clients should contact Ka$h Lux Studio first at HHR1000@Outlook.com to resolve billing or service concerns. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Agreement
By paying a deposit, the client acknowledges this policy and agrees to complete the consultation and project-agreement process before work begins.
